You will be part of a high-performing team of eight, supported by experienced and hands-on leaders who will provide the guidance and tools needed to succeed. You will be responsible for supporting the Group IT Manager and the wider team with diary management, travel coordination, and ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the Group IT Manager's diary, including scheduling meetings and coordinating priorities. Arrange domestic travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries for the IT team. Coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes. Assist with internal communications and general enquiries relating to the IT function. Work closely with the Group IT Manager and Service Desk Team Lead to manage IT asset inventories and stock levels. Support invoice processing and supplier administration as required. Support on boarding and off boarding activities relating to IT equipment and access requirements. About You Minimum of 2 years experience in an Administration Coordinator, Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar support role. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
