What you'll be doing The Presales Solution Architect - Managed Services plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by designing and presenting tailored managed services solutions to prospective and existing clients.
This role bridges the gap between customer needs and technical capabilities, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling, scalable, and cost effective service offerings.
Accountable for providing subject matter expertise to customers, responding to tenders and proposals, and delivering architecture guidance on managed service proposals.
Key Responsibilities Develop end to end managed services solutions across infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and workplace services.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with service capabilities and delivery models.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
Work with sales and account management teams to ensure the timely delivery of pre sales activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and position appropriate managed services offerings.
Lead technical presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions with clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
Work with internal teams (delivery, operations, finance, legal) to ensure deliverable solutions are prepared.
Understand service partner solutions and ensure Atturra has commercial non disclosure, pricing, and subcontract arrangements for key partners.
Manage the NetSuite queue and workload to address potential contention and prioritise solutions requests in line with business and sales objectives.
Provide ideas for continuous improvement of pre sales proposals and technical delivery documentation to keep Atturra documentation aligned with customer expectations and market standards.
What will make you successful in this role?
Minimum 5 years as a Solutions Architect.
Minimum 5 years involved with Managed Services.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex managed service projects and designing solutions that align with organisational objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify technical and process issues and develop appropriate solutions.
Experience engaging with key customer and business stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
Experience in enterprise and midmarket commercial solutions, including federal, state and local government managed services.
Experience in analysing service level agreements, performance frameworks and commercial negotiations.
High level communication skills and ability to advise on complex ICT issues.
Experience working with managed service delivery managers, operations managers and service desk leads.
