* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external customers to define use-cases and deliver fit-for-purpose ML solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
* Tech Lead and Mentor: Translate business requirements into technical problem statements and model architectures, build and optimize ML pipelines for classification, inference, and decisioning tasks, and advise customer ML teams on model selection, tuning, and integration with quantum-enhanced workflows.
* Quantum Computing Expertise: Collaborate with quantum physicists and software engineers to realise result-driven AI/ML pipelines on multi-qubit quantum devices, staying abreast of emerging trends in quantum computing, applied mathematics, and machine learning.
