Document Management Specialist

The role involves overseeing documentation for multiple active projects, assigning document numbers to contractors, handling incoming transmittals containing deliverables, verifying transmittals and advancing document reviews, and maintaining a Supplier Document List.


Responsibilities:

* Oversee documentation for multiple active projects.
* Assigning document numbers to contractors.
* Handling incoming transmittals containing deliverables.
* Verifying transmittals and advancing document reviews based on a set distribution matrix.
* Facilitating the return of reviewed documents to contractors.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with document control and drawing management, strong proficiency with Bentley ProjectWise, excellent attention to detail, and reliable organizational skills.


Requirements:

* Proven experience with document control and drawing management.
* Strong proficiency with Bentley ProjectWise.

This is a hybrid position, and the ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
