Scaffold Design and Estimation Role
We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Designer and Estimator to play a key role in our project delivery and company growth. You will work closely with diverse clients, using your technical expertise to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare scaffold designs and layouts to meet project requirements.
* Attend client sites to carry out surveys, discuss project needs, and provide technical advice.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify future business opportunities.
* Work closely with our operations team and scaffolders to ensure designs are practical, safe, and cost-effective.
Our team works across Victoria, predominantly Melbourne Metro, from our base in Thomastown. We have a large warehouse, our own scaffold fleet, trucks and utes, and a skilled team of labourers and scaffolders.
Requirements:
* Excellent technical skills and knowledge of scaffold design and estimation.
* Able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
