Collaborate with teams to define business problems and translate them into data questions. Clean, merge, and transform data from diverse sources; apply statistical, AI, and machine learning techniques to generate insights or build solutions. Create static and interactive visualisations tailored to different audiences; clearly communicate technical findings through reports, presentations, and discussions. Build strong relationships across the agency, mentor junior data professionals, and contribute to team-wide capability-building initiatives. About you
Demonstrated experience leading a team or similar role in a quick-paced and large complex people-centred organisation. Proficiency in a broad range of data acquisition, processing, statistical, AI and machine learning techniques, including the ability to review the use of these techniques by others. Experience with one or more analytical programming languages (e.g., R, Python). Highly developed problem-solving skills; ability to define business problems and derive accurate and relevant insights from a broad range of data to meet complex use cases. How to apply
