About The Role
The Onsite team provides services which proactively support the mental health and wellbeing of our customers. We're seeking a qualified and experienced pastoral counsellor or chaplain who is able to respond to a variety of Onsite workplace support needs (including Walk and Talk, one-on-one counselling, and small group facilitation). The onsite workplace will require an individual who is able to support people of various backgrounds and faiths, through pastoral counselling and guidance, aiming to have a positive impact on the individual's wellbeing.
We Are Looking For An Individual Who
* Has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in chaplaincy, spiritual, or pastoral care
* Has completed at least a 12-month relevant qualification (e.g., Diploma in Ministry, Chaplaincy, or Theology)
* Is caring, compassionate and driven to make a positive difference in people's lives
* Has had experience in a relevant role, along with the relevant qualification and registrations.
* Is a relationship builder and enjoys working with people from a variety of backgrounds
* Has demonstrated ability to manage own time, priorities and workload factors
* Is knowledgeable, proactive, quick thinking
* Is comfortable with travelling as the role requires the consultant to attend onsite
