A Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing professional front‐desk and administrative support within a medical practice. The role includes managing appointments, answering phone enquiries, maintaining patient administrative records, processing billing and payments, and supporting the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the clinic while delivering a high standard of patient care and confidentiality.

* Professional presentation and phone manner.
Previous experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role is desirable, however not essential, as training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
Understanding of Medicare items number and billing process.

Jasper Medical has proudly served the Bentleigh community for over a century. Since 1998, we've called Centre Road home, offering modern, patient‐focused healthcare in a warm and welcoming environment. Our practice is comprised of six experienced General Practitioners and 2 Registrars, supported by 2 qualified Practice Nurses and an experienced Administrative and Reception Team.
