Leading a small team, you'll ensure our contract‐managed venues are delivering high‐quality, efficient and compliant service at our 15 venues across the City.
Base pay range
A$129,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr
Recruitment Details
* Permanent Full Time | 9 day fortnight
* $129,747pa + 12% super + leave loading (Level 8)
* 72.5 hour fortnight
* Location: Strathpine
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement best practice contract and performance management frameworks
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strong outcomes for Council and the community
* Contribute to operational and business planning, including budgets and financial performance
* Champion a culture of teamwork, innovation, performance, and customer service
* Lead and support a small team to deliver consistent, high‐quality venue operations
About you
This is a wonderful opportunity to share your significant experience in the management of aquatic and leisure venues, financial management experience, and strong contract management experience using contemporary contract and risk management frameworks.
You'll also bring your:
* Experience building collaborative relationships at all organisational levels and ability to productively consult and negotiate with a broad range of customers and stakeholders
* Significant experience in leading and managing high‐performing teams and developing individual and team capability
* A degree level qualification in leisure management, business or another relevant field
