About the Opportunity
As a Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations and lead the lifeguard team, supporting recruitment, training, and scheduling. You will confidently manage plant room operations, contractor systems, and aquatic safety protocols, leading the Health & Safety Committee.
Your responsibilities will include managing incident reporting, conducting operations audits, general leadership within teams, rostering and paying staff, end of month reporting, and coordinating with other contract leaders.
Key Qualifications
* HLTAID009 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
* HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid
* Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate
About You
To be successful, you will have strong administrative skills, show attention to detail, and experience leading a small team. You will have experience working as a duty manager or lifeguard and be able to commit to a regular pattern of work, while being able to include additional rostered hours during seasonal peak times.
