We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join a leading professional services organisation in Perth on a 6-month contract. This role provides critical BAU support and covers periods of leave within the IT infrastructure team, ensuring smooth delivery of services across a busy, enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Provide BAU support across servers, cloud, and networking environments. Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, and Azure environments. Support identity & access management, Intune, and endpoint security. Troubleshoot escalated issues and ensure minimal downtime for end users. Maintain backup, recovery, patching, and system monitoring processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly. About You Proven experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role within enterprise IT. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure. Exposure to VMware/Hyper-V, networking, and security practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage BAU priorities. Strong communication and customer service mindset.
