About the Role
Join our Member Engagement team as an enthusiastic Retail Consultant who has the desire to exceed customer expectations. You will be proactive in establishing and maintaining relationships with our members.
What you will be doing:
* Hit the ground running with this customer‐service position. You will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge through a fully paid and structured training program.
* Play a critical role helping people who value and appreciate our care, products and services.
* Drive sales by focusing on members' needs and providing immediate and effective solutions with our range of products and services.
* Champion personalised conversations by providing exceptional service experiences that deliver on our brand promise.
* Work in a 25‐hour per week cycle on a 6‐week fixed shift roster (commencing Monday, 13th July).
* Participate in a 7‐week fully paid training program (full‐time).

The successful applicant will demonstrate:
* Face‐to‐face customer service experience
* Telephone customer service experience
* Prior experience achieving sales targets & KPI's (highly regarded but not essential)
* Self‐driven and motivated to succeed
* Proficient in navigating multiple systems
* Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to providing a positive member experience
* Team player with good collaboration skills
