Responsibilities
* Lend a hand with daily life – making sure residents feel heard, comfortable and well‐fed.
* Work with the team to support those with challenging needs.
* Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
* Keep tabs on residents' health – helping with treatments.
* Be a friend to residents.
* Ensure residents' privacy and dignity are respected.
Qualifications
* CertificateIII or IV in Aged Care.
* Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
* A real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
