Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SEO & SEM Digital Expert to lead our search strategy across six international websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in managing SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to maximise organic and paid traffic, support digital alignment, and enhance campaign ROI. Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting SEO audits and keyword research
2. Optimising website structure, content, metadata, and backlink strategy
3. Managing and analysing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns across six accounts
4. Improving CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS using data-driven strategies
5. Maintaining and updating WordPress websites
6. Providing insight into search performance, trends, and analytics
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
* Strong experience managing SEO and Google Ads across multiple websites
* Hands-on knowledge of:
o Google Analytics
o SEO Hike (or similar SEO tool)
o WordPress
o YouTube advertising
o Meta Business Suite
* Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification
* Experience with international accounts or multi-site environments
* Familiarity with conversion tracking and goal setup
