We’re seeking a confident and capable Recruitment Specialist to step into a key role during a period of parental leave. You’ll be supporting our existing recruitment team and partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and onboard top talent across our growing footprint in aged care and community services.
This is a great opportunity to contribute your expertise while working with a passionate, down-to-earth team that genuinely cares about people. This is a remote working role, in the state of Tasmania.

About the Opportunity
You’ll work across a broad portfolio of roles, from clinical care and hospitality to corporate services - every placement you support has a tangible impact on the lives of older Australians.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end recruitment for roles across the organisation
* Partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing and selection strategies
* Writing and posting job ads that attract the right candidates
* Screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting assessments
* Coordinating reference checks, background screening, and onboarding steps
* Answering candidate enquiries and providing a great recruitment experience
* Advising on recruitment policy, systems and continuous improvement
* Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager on broader projects as needed
What You Will Bring
* At least 3 years’ experience in a recruitment role (in-house or agency)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to juggle multiple roles, priorities and stakeholders with ease
* Confident working autonomously but collaborative by nature
* Comfortable using recruitment platforms and systems (we use JobAdder)
* Understanding of recruitment compliance and employment legislation
* Experience in aged care, health or community services (desirable)
* Familiarity with industrial instruments or award interpretation (desirable)
You’ll also need (or be willing to obtain):
* A current National Police Check
* Aged Care Worker Screening clearance
