Account Executive – Sydney
The Role
Sydney is one of the key locations for our sales team, where you'll lead efforts to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. As an Account Executive at Josys, you will be responsible for building relationships with IT and business leaders, driving new customer acquisition, and expanding within accounts. You'll work closely with our global team to tailor our platform to the ANZ market.
Your responsibilities will include executing a go-to-market strategy focused on Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in Australia and New Zealand. This will involve prospecting, qualifying, and onboard new MSP partners through various channels. You'll also conduct discovery sessions to understand MSP business models and tailor our value proposition accordingly. Additionally, you'll deliver engaging demos that highlight automation, scalability, and recurring-revenue benefits for MSPs. You'll own the full sales cycle—from partner engagement to contract signing and enablement. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and long-term growth of MSP accounts. You'll also represent us at local IT, MSP, and cloud-focused industry events.
