You'll be the person multiple Team Leaders call when things get tricky.

You'll take multiple teams, multiple priorities, and somehow turn it into a well‑oiled, Lean machine.

One minute you're reviewing production sequences, the next you're leading a 5S blitz or problem‑solving a bottleneck before it becomes a full‑blown crisis.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across multiple teams
* Ensuring production sequences, throughput, and WIP stay on track
* Ensuring WHS compliance, quality checks, and defect‑free handovers
* Balancing resources, schedules, and priorities across the production group
* Leading improvement projects and standardising processes – because chaos is for the weak
You'll be the go‑to SME for Lean and process mastery, mentoring team leaders and keeping the factory floor humming like a Swiss watch.
About You
* You've got production leadership experience and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
* You know the principles of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement inside out
* You thrive in fast‑paced environments and make order look effortless
* You see the opportunity in every problem and the efficiency in every routine
* You've led multiple conflicting priorities and juggle them without losing your cool
* Safety, Quality, and efficiency aren't just buzzwords – they're part of your DNA
