Your new role:As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of several health Fitout projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing subcontractor agreements and variations
- Monitoring budgets, cost control, and progress claims
- Liaising with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timelines
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial Fitout or healthcare projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
