About the role
We're seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Brickworks office in Toowoomba, Queensland. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a range of service and sales enquiries across our wide range of Brickworks building products, providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Provide high quality service to both internal and external customers.
* Answer inbound calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
* Assist in the development and growth of the Austral Bricks business as a front‐line company representative.
* Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company's products and services.
* Provide assistance to the Sales Representative.
* Complete data entry of orders, credits, returns, stock and pricing enquiries.
* Ensure the office, work areas and displays are always maintained in a safe, tidy, clean and presentable manner.
Success Requirements
* Knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred).
* Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred).
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
