Job Summary
The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating learning strategies to support the growth of nursing and support staff. This is a key role in ensuring that our team has the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Identify education and training needs through annual analysis
* Develop educational activities that meet the requirements of our quality initiatives
* Maintain current knowledge of best practices in nursing and healthcare
* Lead a team of Clinical Nurse Educators and Nursing Facilitators to deliver high-quality education programs
Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA and a current practicing certificate
* Postgraduate qualification in education or a related field
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Experience in leadership roles and a commitment to ongoing professional development
