Integria Healthcare is one of Australia's leading natural healthcare manufacturers, producing a broad portfolio of nutraceutical and complementary healthcare products within a highly regulated GMP & TGA environment. This is a critical manufacturing leadership role responsible for production, maintenance, planning, operational excellence and site performance across the Warwick manufacturing facility.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a key part in driving operational performance, continuous improvement, cultural leadership and long-term manufacturing capability across the business.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished manufacturing executive with a strong track record leading complex operations within highly regulated production environments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading all manufacturing operations across the Warwick facility
* Driving production performance and operational reliability
* Ensuring GMP, safety and quality compliance across the site
* Managing operational budgets, labour performance and capital expenditure
* Driving accountability and cross-functional collaboration
* Supporting long-term operational strategy and future manufacturing capability
About You
Ideally your career to date will have seen you gain experience across;
* Extensive senior manufacturing leadership within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food or closely related industry
* Strong GMP and regulated manufacturing experience
* Leading large multi-disciplinary operational teams
* Demonstrated success implementing LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma or operational excellence initiatives
* Strong commercial and operational acumen
* Experience leading through change, transformation and continuous improvement
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A collaborative, visible and values-driven leadership style
* The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership
