About The Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic
Store Manager
to join the team at our
Bonds Tamworth Outlet
.
Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs
Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and the ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
Understanding of stock management processes and the ability to prioritise tasks
Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team
Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business
