The Opportunity: Trainee
* Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week is a must – Full Time
* Hours: 38 Hours Per Week
* Location: Lockyer Valley
* Compensation: Up to $22/hr + Super + 15% retention benefit
Your Responsibilities
* Assist in the care and education of children
* Engage in fun, play‐based learning activities
* Support children's health, safety, and well‐being
* Work collaboratively with educators and families
* Help with daily routines such as meals, tidying, and activities
Qualifications / Requirements
* Commitment to completing Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
* Current Queensland Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Positive, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
* Strong communication skills and reliability
