Customer Service Opportunity
The role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers with vehicle rentals, processing rental agreements accurately and efficiently, promoting additional products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and achieving sales targets.
Achieving individual and team sales targets is crucial to the success of this role. You will also be required to inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages. Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals is essential.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail is highly desirable;
* Car rental experience is highly desirable;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with a focus on providing excellent customer service;
* Confident using computer systems and technology;
* Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment;
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays;
* Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record;
* Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing);
