About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for an ambitious sales professional who will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service Specialist: Provide top-notch customer service to meet the needs of our valued clients.
* Order Processing Expert: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
* Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Support Team Member: Assist the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and supporting customer accounts.
* Inventory Manager: Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
