OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a growing residential building team in Beresfield.
This newly created role has come about due to continued growth in the housing market.
You\'ll be the first point of contact for customers throughout their home-building journey, providing timely updates, accurate information, and a high level of support.
Working closely with the Customer Service Manager and wider operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, councils, and internal teamsManage new and existing client bases with professionalism and carePrepare and lodge applications to obtain approvals from relevant authoritiesCoordinate and prepare customer documentation in line with company proceduresProvide clear and timely updates to customers via phone and emailAccurately manage data entry and administration within the CRM systemSupport clients during key meetings throughout the construction processAssist with general office administration as requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in customer service within the residential building industryStrong understanding of pre-construction and construction processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approachComputer literacy, with experience using CRM systems (knowledge of Framework highly regarded)Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detailPositive attitude, reliability, and the ability to take ownership of tasksBe part of a supportive, team-focused environment with strong company valuesOngoing training and career development opportunitiesConvenient Hunter Region location with free on-site parkingOpportunity to be part of an award-winning builder known for quality and customer serviceAbout the CompanyThis award-winning residential builder is one of the largest in NSW, with a reputation for delivering affordable, high-quality new homes.
