About the role
As the Change Manager you'll lead and deliver large-scale organisational and technical transformation initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
* Develop and implement change management approaches/strategies to enable successful completion of change initiatives, ensuring that changes identified are assessed for impact, planned and managed.
* Work collaboratively, negotiate effectively and influence stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver desired business outcomes.
* Proactively provide specialist advice to stakeholders on the design, development, implementation and evaluation of a range of learning & development, and/or communication products and activities.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in planning, developing, managing and evaluating internal and/or external change
* management initiatives.
* Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
