Disability Support Worker - Make a Difference in Your Community
Average weekday rate of $37.80ph+evenings & W/ends
My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.
Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients’ needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.
As per our client's request, we are recruiting for a MALE support worker aged 25 or over to complete a variety of shifts in the Eglinton/Joondalup/Bullsbrook/Butler area of WA. Our client currently resides in Caversham but may be moving to Eglinton in February.
About You

- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- The ability to maintain explicit professional boundaries.
- Experience with personal care or challenging behaviours is beneficial but not required. We encourage individuals with lived experience or a desire to make a positive impact to apply.
Why Join My Supports?

- Complex Care Allowance: Additional pay for working with high‑intensity clients.
