As Senior Consultant you will maintain deep and expert knowledge of your respective technologies to enable you to propose the most appropriate solutions to the client.This is a great chance to utilize your completeend to end SAP HCM/PAY experience as an ABAP Developer. Responsibilities
- Providing senior-level consulting services and solutions to customer/business in designing developing, implementing and supporting SAP HR/Payroll systems and related services
- Analyze HR/Payroll business requirements, propose innovative and integrated solutions
- Provide ongoing technical support and advice to end-users
- Conductinggap analysis, understanding in detail how the business operates to ensure you can provide the best solutions possible for the business.
Required skillset
- 6+ years of experience in ABAP Development experiencewithin SAP HR/Payroll
- Experience as SAP HR consultant (ABAP HR Development or HCM Business Analysis) with strong knowledge of ABAP andSAP HCM modules like ESS, MSS, PA, OM, Time and Payroll and integration with other SAP modules like SRM, Finance, etc.
- Specialist technical and functional knowledge of SAP HR ESS/MSS
- Strong Workflow knowledge and the ability to undertake analysis
- Extensive ABAP knowledge and the ability to undertake analysis
- Has SAP Portal knowledge and the ability to undertake analysis
