Operational Services Supervisor Role
The Operational Services department is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure performance outcomes are achieved.
* Co-ordinate and supervise staff under the direction of Manager Operational Services.
* Ensure the effective operation of Porterage, Cleaning, Waste, Courier, Grounds and Gardens, and Patient Equipment Loan Store services.
* Work with the Manager Operational Services to develop and implement quality improvement activities.

This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage staff effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various services and implementing quality improvements.
