Under the direction of the Senior Manager School Infrastructure Program, this role works closely with key stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational outcomes in relation to the Infrastructure program, planning and development functions within the Catholic Education Office. Your role will require you to:Model Catholic values in everyday interactions between school staff and other agencies with an understanding and commitment to the mission of Catholic Education within the evangelising mission of the ChurchMonitor the smooth and efficient implementation and use of all relevant School Properties Office policies, procedures and templatesAudit and report on the project management, facility management and document management systems use and complianceCollect and maintain relevant portfolio data and provide regular executive reporting on program and portfolio performanceLead specific projects involving process and system improvementMonitor project, procurement and facilities systems and report on program and project health and complianceSupport end of project reviews,lessons learned and contractor performance reviews and document improvement actionsAbout YouStrong office management skills; document and records managementGood interpersonal skills; preparation of official documentation and the ability to communicate effectivelyDeveloped skills in Microsoft Office suite and finance systemsStrong attention to detailStrong analytical skillsUnderstanding of project management frameworksAbility to meet deadlines and work under limited directionAbility to display initiative, discretion, sound judgement and confidentialityQualifications And ExperienceTertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Facilities Management or Property Management2 years experience in a systems administration or project management office roleExperience working in education is desired but not essentialAbility to meet deadlines and work under limited directionAbility to respond and adapt to changeExcellent discretion and judgement as information handled may contain sensitive or confidential informationUnderstanding of document, development, maintenance and change managementDesirableDegree qualification in Business, Property, Project management or facilities management is desired but not essentialWORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECKThis role is classified as child-related work and therefore a Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to your employment at CEDoW.POSITION APPLICATIONComplete the online application, provide a copy of your CV, and address the ‘About You’ and ‘Qualifications and Experience’.
