About the role
Primary responsibilities include:
Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
Checking & cleaning (exterior/interior) of vehicles on return of rentals
Cross-sales
About You
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:
Adaptive verbal and written communication
Outstanding Customer Service
Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
Strong attention to detail
Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to follow processes, procedures and maintain documentation
All applicants must holder a valid
Driver's Licence.
The successful applicant will also be required to submit a
Traffic History
before commencement.
