The Role
We are looking for a business leader to join our retail store leadership team atHype DC Armadale.
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable experiences for our customers and achieving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Passionate about creating a world-class team and a magical vibe within the store.
Drive financial sales goals and metrics in a multimillion-dollar store.
Deliver on the brand vision and strategy.
Keep the customer at the core of everyday business decisions, providing memorable experiences 100% of the time.
Create a people-first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within the team.
Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results.
Recruit, select and onboard all new team members in the store.
Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumer by preparing online orders in-store.
Ensure the store shows up as best in class through visual merchandising excellence.
Ensure the store is a fun but safe place for customers and team.
Qualifications
Strong team player who is on the hunt for excellence across sales, operations, and loss prevention.
Experience and authentic passion for delivering best-in-class memorable customer experiences.
Coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors.
Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated & driven "Make it Happen" attitude.
Ability to think strategically and identify missed opportunities with a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs.
Experience in effectively managing rosters and achieving wage control.
