We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to plan and control the development and delivery of allocated projects, from pre-contracts stage to handover to the client, to achieve specification and profit objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate and deliver projects in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and project schedules.
* Manage project resources, including manpower, equipment, suppliers and subcontractors, to ensure timely project execution.
* Monitor project budgets, procurement and costs to achieve financial targets and approved contribution margins.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders and project teams regarding project progress, risks and issues.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance and operational standards while managing project risks and corrective actions.
* Conduct project reviews, reporting and continuous improvement activities to enhance project performance and delivery outcomes.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Engineering Project environment or similar business in a HV environment with HV switchgear experience (Essential)
* Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing/ construction or similar business (Preferable)
* Proven experience with MS Project or similar Project Software.
* Tertiary qualification Degree in Electrical Engineering. (Essential)
