We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our high performing Broking team
Reporting to the Client Director- Construction & Marine, the successful candidate will be accountable for the effective management of a well-established and successful portfolio of clients, as well as identifying growth and business development opportunities to drive further success in EBM's portfolio.
Key areas of accountability include:
Building and maintaining productive client relationships
Building and maintaining strong market relationships
Identifying and developing new business prospects through cross-marketing
Proactive management of client renewal programs and claims
Resolving client enquiries and acting as a key point of contact
Your Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge and attributes:
Extensive product knowledge across construction or marine insurance, with exposure to all lines of General Broking
Knowledge of Legislative obligations
Extensive client facing experience
Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
Claims management strategy and settlement negotiations
A self-starter with the capacity to work in a busy environment and the ability to meet objectives
Excellent communication skills, engaging effectively at all levels
