Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Concrete Batch Plant Supervisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in the construction industry and has a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the batch plant, including batching agitator trucks safely and efficiently, loading aggregate bins, and performing housekeeping and yard duties.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers on a regular basis. They will also have the ability to place orders for customers and internal stakeholders and operate a front-end loader.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
* Batching agitator trucks safely and efficiently
* Loading aggregate bins
* Housekeeping and yard duties
* Communicating with customer on a regular basis
* Placing orders for customers and internal stakeholders
* Operation of a front-end loader
