We're currently seeking experienced Crane Operators to be part of a dynamic workforce delivering essential services across WA. Key Responsibilities
* Perform planned distribution works, including installation and replacement of poles, ground stays, transformers, and switchgear
* Operate mobile slewing cranes to support pole replacements and lifting activities
* Assist with network upgrade projects such as reconductoring and transformer installations, including plant operation
* Contribute to network resilience initiatives, particularly in regional communities
* Work across metropolitan and regional WA to support infrastructure improvement efforts
* Ensure all field operations are conducted in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards

What We're Looking For
* Valid Mobile Slewing Crane ticket with demonstrated hands‑on experience in crane operations
* Proven background in powerline work, particularly within Western Australia
* Experience working on Western Power projects is advantageous but not essential
* Crane supplementary training and live work experience are highly desirable
* Current driver's licence: HR class is strongly preferred
* High Risk Work Licences including C2 - C6, DG, LF, CV, or higher
We're open to covering relocation costs for the right candidate and encourage qualified Crane Operators from interstate and New Zealand to apply.
