Group Supply Chain Specialist – Crown Resorts
We are looking for a data‐driven supply chain professional to optimise end‐to‐end supply chain operations across Crown's sites. The role involves analysing processes, systems and data to identify inefficiencies, remove bottlenecks and enhance supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform data‐driven analysis to optimise supply chain processes, material flow and resource utilisation.
* Identify and resolve system and process gaps across WMS, ERP and reporting platforms.
* Lead continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives to enhance productivity and service outcomes.
* Support strategic projects through data modelling, value stream mapping and root‐cause analysis.
* Partner with stakeholders across operations to streamline processes, reporting and performance measures.
About You
* Strong analytical capability with experience in data modelling, problem solving and process optimisation.
* Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and supply chain or ERP systems.
* Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems and procurement platforms (highly regarded).
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across cross‐functional teams.
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven ability to translate data into practical insights that drive operational excellence.
* Strong communicator, collaborator and influencer.
* Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving change.
