The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our team. This role requires someone who is not only capable of performing a variety of tasks but also committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency. If you have a strong work ethic, eye for detail and can follow instructions meticulously, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of production tasks, including bending, cutting, drilling and grinding.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to workplace safety standards.
* Produce high-quality finished products with precision, within a tolerance of 0.5mm.
* Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
* Work efficiently while upholding the company's quality standards.
Skills and Experience
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Excellent listening skills and the ability to follow instructions.
* Experience with brake press, radial drill, guillotine or similar equipment is highly regarded.
* Safety conscious, with a focus on maintaining a safe workspace.
* Punctual and reliable, with a willingness to work overtime when needed.
* Forklift ticket and experience (preferred).
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment.
