About The Role
Developing and managing strategic business plans to achieve sales revenue and quota targets across Partner accounts.
Collaborating with Partners to understand their needs and recommending tailored products, services, and upgrades to drive revenue growth.
Driving additional business opportunities within the existing portfolio while managing income and expense budgets.
Acting as the primary liaison between Partners and the organisation to ensure optimal service levels and strategic alignment.
Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, monitoring performance via Salesforce KPIs, and implementing retention and growth strategies.
About You
Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a strong track record of managing client accounts.
Strong ability to identify, pursue, and close business development opportunities aligned with market and Partner needs.
Solid understanding of insurance products and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships and delivering engaging presentations.
A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
