Automotive parts coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage administration and data base stock
* Pick and assign parts to orders as required
* Advise on parts required for service and repairs
* Provide customer interaction and exceptional service
* Determine customer requirements and assist in selecting solutions, advising pricing and warranty expectations
* Manage parts to complete customer orders within required timeframes

About You:

* Experience in a similar role is highly regarded
* Computer skills and technical aptitude
* Customer service confidence and experience preferred
* Mechanical knowledge
* Previous experience in warehouse management will be highly regarded
* Physical fitness for regular lifting and moving of parts and accessories
* Reliability and commitment to a full-time role
* Professional presentation
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

This role involves working collaboratively with the Service Department to ensure correct parts are supplied and allocated.
