Job Title: Medical Receptionist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our patients.
* Managing phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
* Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
* Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers
* Issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required
* Entering and updating patient registration details
* Maintaining a clean and presentable reception and waiting area at all times
