Property Manager - Dunsborough
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our team in the Southwest.
In this role, you would be responsible for the day‐to‐day management of a well‐maintained portfolio while building strong relationships with investors and tenants.
You will be supported by an enthusiastic team and have access to cloud‐based systems designed to streamline your day and help you succeed.
Core Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship building with investors and tenants
* Contributing to a professional, supportive and positive team culture
* Keeping management authorities and lease renewals up to date
* Managing viewings and conducting inspections
* Arranging maintenance work orders and liaising with contractors
* Managing tenant enquiries and applications
About You
* Current WA registration in sales or property management
* Good understanding of the WA Residential Tenancies Act
* WA driver's licence
* Confident using business devices and CRM software or databases (training will be provided)
* Excellent communicator and enjoys working with a team to get the best result for a client
* Ability to prioritise workloads with a precise attention to detail
* Able to work business hours, Monday to Friday
* Reside in the Southwest
