You will develop a professional network at current and potential key accounts, while managing a strategic sales process in a matrixed team environment.
This position requires occasional domestic and international travel. You will be based in Sydney, with combined home/office-based arrangements.
About the Role
* Drive growth of digital clinical and education solutions
* Secure new business with existing and new clients
* Cross-sell new solutions with key accounts
* BUILD strong relationships and networks with customers, stakeholders and internal teams
* Manage a direct sales process in a collaborative environment
* Plan and execute strategic account and territory management using sales methodology tools
* Maintain data compliance and revenue forecasting in Salesforce
What We Are Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in new business prospecting, negotiation and closing
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong approachable nature, able to work collaboratively towards shared goals and success
* Proven experience in consultative/value/solution-selling in complex sales processes
* Knowledge of healthcare and academic markets
* Able to build credibility quickly with diverse range of customers and colleagues
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Process driven with exceptional analytical skills
* Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
