What you'll be doing
* Work full‐time, on‐site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers
* Work toward individual KPIs and sales targets, selling complete holidays – flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between
* Assist customers with their travel‐related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat, what to avoid, and more
* Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure, earning a percentage of every sale with no pay cap
What we're looking for
* Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations, the go‐to person for travel recommendations, tips and tricks
* Excellent organisational skills: notes kept, calendars managed, quick response to calls and emails
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high‐pressure environment
* Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that encourages customers to book with you each time
* Computer savviness, able to toggle between complex systems to find the right flight and package options
