We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong expertise in payments and financial systems to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of mission‐critical applications. The role involves testing across reporting, settlement, banking, billing, portals, disputes, RTGS, and issuing systems, with a focus on test automation using modern frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and execute test automation scripts using Playwright with TypeScript.
* Perform manual testing for complex scenarios where automation is not feasible.
* Validate workflows across reporting, settlement, billing, portals, disputes, RTGS, and issuing systems.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure payments/finance domain requirements are met.
* Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for banking and financial applications.
* Maintain and optimize test automation frameworks integrated with Git and AWS CI/CD pipelines.
* Document test cases, defects, and results to ensure traceability and compliance.
* Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of payments and finance domain (settlement, disputes, issuing, RTGS, billing, portals).
* Proven experience in QA testing (manual + automation).
* Hands‐on expertise with Playwright + TypeScript for test automation.
* Proficiency with Git for version control and AWS for cloud‐based testing environments.
* Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and defect management tools.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
