* Presentation and Style: Excellent presentation and style skills, with a passion for the retail industry and a strong sense of personal style.
* Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
* Performance Management: Strong performance management skills, with experience in managing performance, productivity, training, and development.
* Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
