About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with general practitioners, specialists, and on-site nursing staff to deliver effective care solutions.
* Manage schedules, documentation, and follow-ups using advanced technology platforms (tablet/laptop provided).

Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care or a related field
