Account Management Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to drive revenue growth across our full product portfolio.
Key responsibilities include delivering high customer retention rates, proactively engaging on expansion opportunities, and leading upsell, upgrade & cross sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
Candidates must have strong partnership skills, with experience working closely with global sales teams to drive Total Book of Business growth.
Additionally, successful candidates will be able to partner with sales teams on strategic opportunities, including white space analysis, strategic account planning & mapping, and cross functional partnership with sales support teams.
