Catering HQ is looking for a proactive and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Camden Golf Club.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
* Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.
* Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
* Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
* Training new employees and motivating them in their role
* Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management
KEY QUALITIES
* Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
* Exposure to rostering and people development
* Have a strong customer service focus
* Professional, upbeat and friendly personality
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Positive and flexible attitude
* Highest level of presentation and grooming standards
* Fantastic people management skills and professional nature
* Confidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learn
